In Sílvia's words, this album, ‘Toda la vida, un día’ (A Lifetime, One Day), is like an entire life, a cycle; it speaks of infinite, circular time, ordered by beginnings and endings.

It has five movements, each with a distinct sound and exploration. The first is childhood and security, the calm of home. The second is the search for sounds, where she also plays the saxophone, reconnecting with an instrument she had played since age 7. The third movement is more about intimacy, maturity, and where duets appear. The fourth is a more adult age; gravity enters, and the music gains depth and weight. The fifth and final movement is rebirth, meaning the songs are more joyful and lively. This movement also features Maro, a Portuguese singer who participated in Eurovision 2022 and is also a great friend.

‘Toda la vida, un día’ consists of 21 songs, representing all generations, from children singing to grandparents. It is an album that champions the beauty and richness of all ages.
