Poeta, one of Vicente Amigo's most emblematic albums is released in this new vinyl edition.

Published in 1997, the album is based on the work of Rafael Alberti, one of the greatest poets of the Generation of '27, who blessed the guitarist's work by praising how the "beat and tremor" of his verses had been transformed into music. Originally titled "Flamenco Concert for a Sailor on Land," the album collected numerous awards, including two from the General Society of Authors and Editors (SGAE) for best flamenco author and composer, and won applause from critics and the public. , with songs like "Poeta en el Mar", "Amor Dulce Muerte" or "El Mar de tu Sentir".

In Poeta, the guitar mastery of Vicente Amigo, the sensitivity of Alberti's poems and the power of a symphony orchestra are combined, resulting in the exceptional work of one of the most innovative and lyrical guitarists in flamenco in recent decades.
