Juez y parte is the fourth album by Spanish singer-songwriter Joaquín Sabina. It was the mid-80s and Sabina, from Jaén, teamed up with the band Viceversa, who accompanied him in his concerts.

This album continues in the vein of lighthearted pop-rock from his previous work, though now with a greater predominance of keyboards and drum machines.
