In line with the premiere of the documentary by Daniel Geller and Dayna Goldfine, 'Leonard Cohen, a journey, a song', 'Hallelujah and songs from his albums' is also released. This new and carefully curated anthology of Leonard Cohen features 17 songs that review the extensive career of the Canadian composer, musician, poet, novelist and visual artist.

Through his anthem 'Hallelujah' (the album opens with his unforgettable 2008 Glastonbury performance, unreleased to date), the film explores the life vision of this universal artist, based on the thousand and one interpretations that this iconic song continues to generate today (secular, sexual and religious interpretations that speak to us of desire, love, ecstasy, as well as failure, suffering, insecurity, identity, spiritual search...) and it does so thanks to privileged access to a family archive with a large amount of never-before-seen material.
