Langui's new work is powerful. ‘Espasticidad’ is his new album where his usual philosophy of overcoming challenges is expressed with more realism and rawness than ever before. After his solo debut in 2016 with ‘Hola!’, Langui titles this work with the name of the harsh symptom that has accompanied him his entire life, and which stiffens, tenses, deforms, and disables the lives of those suffering from various serious pathologies (stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy...).

Today's society, unknowingly (or unwillingly) is also affected by a spasticity that stiffens the initiative, empathy, and collective sense of citizens. This evidence, increasingly seen in everyday life, has motivated Langui to title his new work with the name of this symptom and even to turn it into a song featuring his son Hugo Montilla and Kase O. The three perform a raw song, one of those that don't hide the monster's harshness but also don't conceal the possibilities of moving forward... of "even being happy."
