Malú releases QUINCE, her most personal album, on May 15
Malú publica QUINCE, su disco más personal, el 15 de mayo

Malú presents QUINCE, her fifteenth studio album, released today, May 15th, marking one of the most profound, free, and conscious moments in her entire artistic and personal career.

QUINCE arrives at a great personal and professional moment for Malú. A stage of fulfillment, calm, and authenticity where the artist is connected with herself, reconciled with her history, and at peace with who she is today. After a period of introspection and personal rediscovery, Malú returned to the stage with Mil Batallas and, since A todo sí, begins a new creative cycle in which she fully enjoys what she does, without fears or masks.

“Now yes. Now I am the one who wants to be here. Now I am truly strong.
Without fears. Without shame. Without complexes. With peace of mind.
This is me. Loving myself.”

In QUINCE, Malú reconciles with the girl she was when she started her career, at 15 years old, thus closing an emotional and artistic circle to open another full of renewal and freedom. “To my first love, which is still me,” the artist sings in one of the verses that structure the project.

This album is born from a vital learning: only when you reconnect with the truth of who you are and learn to love yourself as you are, can you fall in love with life again. From this emotional rawness, Malú takes off her masks and shows new layers, both in her songs and in her own image: natural, spontaneous, and unfiltered. It's not about saying it, but showing it.

For the first time in a long time, the artist/person duality ceases to be a conflict. In QUINCE, the adult woman and the girl she was coexist, integrated, reconciled, and in balance. A creative and vital maturity that places Malú at a key moment in her career, reaffirming her as the great female voice and interpreter of Spanish music in our country.

In this project, Malú works alongside some of the best Spanish composers, who contribute their sensitivity and talent to further enhance an album where the central figure is, more than ever, the artist's emotional truth.

QUINCE transcends the personal to become a universal invitation to self-love and acceptance. A message especially relevant for her audience.

This album invites us not to deny the past, but to be grateful for it; to take care of the inner child; to heal scars with courage and self-love; and to leave behind what no longer serves to live the present with a brighter and more conscious outlook.

QUINCE is not just an album: it is an emotional manifesto, a powerful declaration of intent, and the beginning of a new stage for Malú. Starting over with the excitement of the first time.
