LA ARTISTA GANADORA DEL GRAMMY® SHAKIRA ANUNCIA NUEVO ÁLBUM LAS MUJERES YA NO LLORAN DISPONIBLE EL 22 DE MARZO en SMFSTORE

The 12th studio album from GRAMMY® and Latin GRAMMY® winning artist Shakira, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, is set for release on March 22nd.

Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran markedly serves as her first album in seven years and is a dazzling testament to Shakira’s resilience and strength, as well as music’s power to transform even the most difficult experiences into treasured moments.

Shakira said, “The production of this work, has been an alchemical process. While writing each song, I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into resilience.

Earlier this week, fans got a glimpse of what’s to come, during the teaser for her Super Bowl commercial.

The new album features 16 songs, 8 new ones and a remix, and 7 successful previously released singles including "Music Sessions Vol. 53" with Bizarrap, "TQG" with Karol G, "Te Felicito" with Rauw Alejandro, "Copa Vacía" with Manuel Turizo, and more.

The 7 previously released songs already have a combined 3.7 billion streams on Spotify. Shakira collaborated with Spotify to give fans access to an Album Pre-Release Experience. This experience includes a pre-save function, release notifications, a countdown, album art, title, tracklist, exclusive clips, merchandise, and much more!

"TQG" and "Music Sessions Vol. 53" both debuted globally at #1 on the Spotify Top 50 Chart. "Music Sessions Vol. 53" is notably the most-streamed Spanish-language song in a single day in Spotify history. Shakira and Bizarrap also won ‘Song Of The Year’ and ‘Best Pop Song’ for "Music Sessions Vol. 53" at the 2023 Latin GRAMMYs®.

Shakira holds the title of the best-selling female Latin artist in history, with a decades-long career of pioneering and hit-making, but she has continued to cement her legendary status over the past year due to the success of her latest releases. Her success will no doubt continue with the release of her new album, as her vulnerability, confidence, and passion highlight both her personal challenges and triumphs.
