The album is produced by the legendary Tony Visconti (David Bowie, T-Rex, Sparks) with a band consisting of Simon Tong (The Verve, The Good, The Bad and The Queen), Sebastian Rochford (Polar Bear, David Byrne, Patti Smith) and Dan Donovan (Big Audio Dynamite), with Damon Albarn playing melodica on several songs. The album is released on vinyl, pink vinyl, CD and digital.
The origins of the album began in confinement. Paul went to a fishing village in Mallorca, where he dedicated himself to writing songs and painting his impressions of the locals. When the restrictions were lifted, some days he dedicated himself to working with local musicians, and others to being a street musician in the cafes of Palma. After 18 months she returned to London and continued developing her ideas with her friend Galen. Featuring Galen 's magnificent voice in a duet with Paul , both singing in English and Spanish, the album travels across the continent, passing through French chansons , Spanish pop and English sea songs; evoking scenes from Edgware Road to Hydra Island; and painting pictures of all kinds, from elegant Parisian cafes to drunk tourists in Magaluf.
