Bruce Springsteen publica nuevo álbum 'Only the strong survive'

This coming Friday, November 11, Bruce Springsteen releases a new album of covers of soul and rhythm and blues classics, in which he endorses some of the best gems from legendary labels such as Motown, Stax, Gamble and Huff, among others. ' Only the strong survive ' will be released on double vinyl, double orange vinyl (both with inscription engraved on the last side and poster included), CD and digital.

Foreshadowed by ' Do I love you (indeed I do) ', ' Nightshift ' and ' Don't play that song ' and produced with his reference engineer, Ron Aniello, on this album Springsteen pays tribute to one of the most important genres of his palette of influences, making his own some of the wonders that were played on the radio during his adolescence and that were popularized in his day by The Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross & The Supremes, The Commodores, The Four Tops, Elvis Presley, Cher, Grant Green, Al Kooper, Ben E. King, The Walker Brothers, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Tyrone Davis, Dobie Gray, Jerry Butler, Jimmy Ruffin, Joan Osborne, The Funk Brothers, William Bell, Jackie Shane, Bill Anderson & Jan Howard, The Marvelettes or Chuck Jackson, among others. For all this, Springsteen has had the voice of Sam Moore on a couple of songs, as well as the invaluable help of Rob Mathes in the composition and direction of the orchestral arrangements, his faithful E Street Band in the wind section and a heavenly backing vocal section, consisting of Soozie Tyrell, Lisa Lowell, Michelle Moore, Curtis King Jr, Fonzi Thornton and Dennis Collins.

Bruce Springsteen will kick off his next world tour in Spain, specifically on April 28 and 30, 2023 at the Barcelona Olympic Stadium, both with sold-out tickets.
