Barbra Streisand will release her new album tomorrow, a highly anticipated collection of duets, The Secret Of Life: Partners, Volume 2. On this work, which will be released on vinyl, CD, and digitally, Streisand joins her voice with great figures of music such as Paul McCartney, Mariah Carey, Sting, Ariana Grande, Bob Dylan, Sam Smith, Seal, Hozier, James Taylor, Josh Groban, Laufey, and Tim McGraw.
Production is handled by Grammy winners Walter Afanasieff and Peter Asher, with Streisand and Jay Landers as executive producers. Orchestrations were recorded between California and Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra. The album's release will coincide with her 83rd birthday, and its theme revolves around family, reflection, and appreciating the small things in life. In her own words: “I have always enjoyed singing duets with talented artists. This album has allowed me to reconnect with friends and discover new voices. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed recording it.”
