The Academy of Music Awards in Spain recognize the work of all music professionals in the country throughout 2023. This aims to highlight the talent, excellence, work, and effort of the different proposals presented in each of the phases of music creation and dissemination in Spain.
The awards were created to reflect the inexhaustible quality of the sector across genres such as pop, rock, urban music, rap, electronic music, alternative music, flamenco, folklore, jazz, instrumental music, and classical music, among others. Furthermore, linguistic diversity also has its place with awards for songs in different languages such as Catalan, Valencian, Aranese, Basque, Galician, and Asturian.
In Arde Bogotá's case, the awards represent another milestone among many they have achieved since the release in May 2023 of Cowboys de la A3, a work that exceeded all expectations and earned a Gold Record six months after its launch. The album also earned them two nominations at the Latin Grammys, in the Best Rock Album and Best Rock Song categories.
