Las Karamba is a musical group formed by six women originally from Venezuela, Catalonia, Panama, and Argentina. A multicultural mix that creates a new, special, and powerful musical color.

Amidst the chaos, traffic, city, and stress, they came together in 2018 under the name Las Karamba on the streets of Barcelona. Driven by the need to gain strength, free themselves from fears, and spread joy, the members share their understanding of music to champion the power of women. Together, they have grown stronger, blending rhythms and tunes, until composing a unique melody that fuses son, chachachá, salsa, timba, and rap rhythms. Enthusiastic melodies that burst forth with effervescence, carrying a powerful message of female empowerment and sovereignty, conveying all the strength of past generations who spearheaded the feminist struggle and change.
Since their formation, and in just two years, Las Karamba have established themselves as one of the most internationally recognized bands at major European festivals. Their performance at Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) 2020, the most important music industry fair in Europe held in the Netherlands, as well as at the Flawa Festival in London, stands out. They have also charmed the Catalan audience with their presence on the lineups of renowned festivals such as the Black Music Festival, Bioritme, Clownia, and Festival Esperanzah, among many others. The lyrics of their songs speak of the stories of all those women who were silenced, who remained in the shadows, who fought alone throughout history and whose stories could not be told.
