Jordan Rudess, keyboardist for Dream Theater, is no stranger to experimentation. He is known for skillfully pushing creative, sonic and technological boundaries. His latest work, the solo album "Permission to Fly," embodies this ethos, exploring the complexity of human existence in our multifaceted world. Featuring Darby Todd (Devin Townsend) on drums, That Joe Payne on vocals, Steve Dadaian on guitar, and Bastian Martinez as guest lead guitarist, Rudess has this time assembled a core group of musicians to support and expand his vision.
