Oxymoreworks is a collaborative project featuring nine tracks, each a reinterpretation of songs from his 2022 album Oxymore. These tracks have been meticulously crafted in collaboration with various artists, resulting in unique versions that explore a wide range of electronic genres. Notable collaborations include Sex in the Machine Take 2 with Nina Kraviz, Synthy Sisters Take 2 with Adiescar Chase, and Brutalism Take 2 with Martin Gore, among others. The collection also features a collaboration with Armin Van Buuren, known for his previous work on Stardust. Oxymore, released in 2022, pays homage to the French roots of electronic music and the influence of the late composer Pierre Henry on JARRE's career.
