Composer Daniel Pemberton returns to the franchise after composing the soundtrack for 2018's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, a huge hit with fans and critics, who praised the composer's orchestral and electronic music for its breadth and expansiveness. , as well as for his innovative use of scratching on a soundtrack. For the sequel, Pemberton has expanded his original soundscape to encompass new stories in the multiverse setting, incorporating everything from operatic tenor vocals and a 100-piece orchestra to Indian percussion, punk rock, techno drums, multi-layered electronics, detuned cellos , rhythms dilated in time and much more.

Daniel Pemberton is an Academy Award-nominated and Emmy-winning composer and songwriter who is routinely considered one of the most interesting and original new voices in film music today. He has composed soundtracks for some of the industry's most legendary figures, including Ridley Scott (All the Money in the World, The Counselor), Danny Boyle (Yesterday, Steve Jobs), Michael Mann, (Ferrari) Aaron Sorkin (Being The Ricardos, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Molly's Game), David O Russell (Amsterdam), Phil Lord and Chris Miller (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse), Edward Norton (Motherless Brooklyn) and Guy Ritchie (The Man From UNCLE, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword) and has written songs with artists such as Mick Jagger, Iggy Pop, Drake, Celeste and many more.
