Depeche Mode releases Spirit | The 12" Singles. The new deluxe box set contains 7 12-inch vinyl discs featuring replicas of the three singles from Spirit, Depeche Mode's 14th studio album: "Where's the Revolution," "Going Backwards," and "Cover Me." Additionally, fans will find the first-ever 12-inch vinyl edition of the band's legendary Highline Sessions, recorded live in New York in 2016. This new box set in the collector's series is released on September 20 and is now available for pre-order.
This is the most complete recording of Depeche Mode's Highline Sessions ever released, featuring five tracks including their cover of David Bowie's "Heroes" and two previously unreleased performances of songs from Spirit: "So Much Love" and "Poison Heart."
Depeche Mode has used their discography of singles as a means to offer fans the opportunity to enjoy remixes, rare B-sides, standout concert performances, and other exclusive delights. Spirit | The 12" Singles is the fourteenth chronological volume in the Depeche Mode 12" Singles series, and the first to include a 12-inch vinyl disc with unreleased tracks.
